| The Polanc Law Firm has been developed from the successful legal practice of its founder, Silvester Polanc. We offer our clients a wide range of services, including representation, defence in courts and before other national institutions, representation in careful review of companies, negotiations, drawing up documents and legal advice from all the areas of the legal field. A major part of our activity represents commercial, status and labour law, law of damages, law of property, while a significant part of our activity consists of criminal, administrative and international privacy law. We perform our activity in the Republic of Slovenia, mostly in the broader area of central Slovenia and the Primorska (Littoral) region. We are also present in the Italy, Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia. Since our foundation, we have been cooperating with partners from Italy, Austria, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia, the United States of America and other countries. We have gained our experience at home and abroad while working with clients from Slovenia and the countries of the former Yugoslavia, Italy, Lichtenstein, France, Austria and countries located in the area of former Soviet Union. Method of work We suggest that our clients to telephone us or briefly describe their problem in e-mail in which they also send us their contact information. After establishing contact, we will define the area in which the problem falls and make agreement about the meeting date. Thus, our first face-to-face contact will be constructive and you will immediately obtain useful information and instructions needed for further action. We do our business in the Slovenian, Italian, English, Serbian and Croatian languages and, by prior arrangement, also in all other European languages. |
